UNITAD provides Trauma Informed Approach Training

18 February 2021, Baghdad. UNITAD psychologists provided a ‘Trauma Informed Approach to Interviewing’ training to Eyzidi Organization for Documentation. A trauma informed approach is essential for any agency involved in documentation and interviewing of victims and survivors of #ISIL mass atrocities.

The training prioritizes the core principle of do not harm, and ensures the physical safety and security of victims and survivors of #ISIL crimes.
